A traditional celebration of the summer solstice\, Midsummer is the longest day of the year (June 21). The celebration of the summer solstice is a very ancient practice\, dating back to pre-Christian times. \nPlease Join us for this year’s Summer Solstice Party on June 24th at 6:30pm with a culinary feast in our beautiful Club house. This is our 10th anniversary of this event. \nPlease register early since the party usually sells out quickly due to the 60-person limit. \nMENU \nAppetizers \nSmörgås Bord \, with homemade graved and smoked lox\, boiled eggs\, ham and cheese\, charcuterie  style rolls ups\, shrimps served with rye bread and crisp Swedish Wasa bread and many other delicacies.  \nMain course \nChicken Schnitzel with brie cheese topping and lingonberry sauce.
