SWYC / SSYC Casino Royale Invasion
Date: Saturday 8/1 and Sunday 8/2
Location: SWYC
South Shore YC is invading Salem Willows YC on Saturday August 1st and Sunday August 2nd. SSYC fleet will be leaving South Weymouth on Saturday morning and arriving at the Willows around noon. The SSYC boats will be using the Willows docks and moorings that weekend.
We will have a BBQ style lunch around 12:30 PM on Saturday. Buffet style dinner will be served at 6:30 PM followed by games and music. (BYOB). The theme of the event is “Casino Royale”, so dress up accordingly for the high-stake games and join us for the party at SWYC. The best costume will be rewarded! Come and have some fun! The next morning, a hearty breakfast will be served Sunday from 8-10 am before the SSYC boats leave the Willows.
Price is $60 per person ($10 for Saturday lunch, $40 for Saturday dinner, $10 for Sunday breakfast). Half price for kids 5 to 12 y.o. and free for kids under 5. Reservations required. You can reserve for the full event or part of it only.

This will bring you to the next page where it will ask for your name, the total number of people in your party, your email and phone number. You need to indicate if your party plans on attending the lunch, dinner and breakfast. (If you have food restrictions that require special accommodation, you can indicate it in the comment section.) Only one sign-up needed per party please.
If you are coming by boat from SSYC and need to reserve a dock or mooring at the Willows, indicate also your boat name, type (motor/sail), length and draft in the sign-up. (Dock space is very limited and shallow at low tide).

Volunteers are needed to prepare the food and clean-up, before and after each meal, for lunch and dinner on Saturday and for breakfast on Sunday. We also need volunteers to act as dealers for the casino games on Saturday night.
