Salem Swizzle 

1.5 oz Spiced Rum
1.25 oz OJ
1.25 oz Pineapple
.5 oz Grenadine
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Tom Collins Cove Cooler 

1.5oz gin
1 oz lemon
.5 oz simple syrup
Top with soda (about 1.5 oz)
